It comes from Finca Los Pirineos in Usulután, El Salvador.
Grown 1300 to 1550 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Tecapa Volcano.

We recommend a 1:3 ratio, dialing in at 17 grams dry dose, 51g liquid yield, for 25 to 30 seconds.
TASTING NOTES:
It is a full-bodied espresso with flavors of cranberry, blood orange and chocolate.

Medium (like Kosher salt) if you’re using machine drip.
